  • We realise that IT problems can seriously interfere with the smooth running of your business and therefore provide a quick and efficient service. Whether you require an infrequent call out arrangement or regular support we can tailor a solution to fit your needs and budget. The following support services are available when required. In the event of an emergency, our goal is to respond and/or be on-site the following day at the latest.

  • When it is not possible or appropriate to resolve a problem remotely or over the telephone, we will send out a qualified engineer to your business as soon as you require. For on-site support we aim to be with you same day or the following day depending on the urgency of the problem. Our aim is to provide you with a quick and positive response. Our on-site installation services are available throughout Mid Wales.

  • Problems can often be securely investigated and fixed remotely. No need to wait for an engineer to arrive on-site. We would do this using remote desktop control software to take control of your computer and investigate while you watch and learn. Our remote control software uses encryption and so your security is not  compromised.

  • This service is aimed at clients who feel comfortable maintaining their own computer network environment, however they may require advice, technical reassurance and guidance over the telephone.
