There may be times when things go wrong unexpectedly, leaving critical systems down and staff unable to work. We provide a prompt Call-Out service within Ceredigion and Powys. We can arrange for a qualified engineer to visit your workplace or home office to get systems up and running quickly.
Call-Outs can be scheduled in an emergency, for problems as small as a replacement mouse or as large as Server hardware failure or network issues. If local, we do not charge an additional Call-Out fee, just our usual standard hourly charge.
We always do our best to provide same day engineer visits where possible.
We can either offer a pay as you go on demand call-out service to solve your problems, or alternatively we can discuss you requirements and provide an ongoing annual support agreement.
